Longitudinal lens sections from 6-week-old, 4-month-old, and 8-month-old ephrin-A5+/+ and ephrin-A5-/- mice were stained with EphA2-pY589 (green) antibody, phalloidin (F-actin, red), and DAPI (nuclei, blue).
