Figure 8.Validation of NMF sub-cluster classification in colon cancer clinical patients. (A) Primary colon cancer patients from GSE24551, GSE33113, GSE17536 and GSE39582 datasets were divided into three or four sub-clusters based on the gene expression profiling using NMF. Kaplan Meier survival analysis was used to determine the disease free survival or overall survival in three or four sub-clusters of colon cancer patients.
