Figure 10.A short c-Myc-related mitochondrial signature predicts poor clinical outcome, in both ER(+) and ER(-) breast cancer patients. Note that this short 3-gene signature (HSPD1/COX5B/TIMM44) also effectively predicts tumor recurrence in larger populations of both ER(+) [N=3,082] and ER(-) [N=618] breast cancer patients.
